lawrencedreams is Lorenzo Zampini, born in
1998, from Rome. His attraction to creativity emerged at a very early age. Since childhood, he has been experimenting with instruments, cameras, software, and every digital or analog audiovisual medium. During that time, he began his musical education studying piano, briefly exploring jazz and classical music and learning from various teachers. However, during his adolescence, he realized that his path was not the traditional one. He continued his self-taught education, drawing influences from rock, alternative, prog, electronic, pop, cinematic, symphonic, and others, from Chopin, Hans Zimmer, Michael Andrews to The Beatles and Bring me The Horizon. He developed skills in editing and mixing, refining his sound and technical abilities. Simultaneously, he deepened his interest in cinema, art, psychology, photography, and philosophy. Driven by his passion for creativity and storytelling, he delved into the realms of production and composition. In 2020, he graduated in Video Design & Film-Making at IED (European Institute of Design) with a thesis on the philosophy of sound in cinema. He translated this thesis into practice by creating a mini-documentary about the Forum Studios founded by Ennio Morricone and his renowned composer colleagues. Through this project, he had the opportunity to connect with the environment and history of film music and the professionals who inhabit it. He collaborates with the Italian Cinema Orchestra and other independent artistic entities as a filmmaker, musician, editor, VFX artist, and sound designer. He worked for short films, sync libraries, advertisements, real estate, and social media contents. After university, he continued his work as a freelance professional in music production, video design and storytelling. He attended a master at CSC (National Cinema School) Lab “Music for Film” and further refined his skills in composition, storytelling, sound design, production and editing. He is officially registered as a SIAE author and FIMI. He also pursues personal projects related to music and psychology on the web while working on his first concept album, inspired by Jungian Psychology. On May 6, 2023, he made his debut on Spotify and the other music streaming platforms with his first single, "Introverted Feeling", which reached its first 10,000 streams in approximately one week. The only constant in his journey is the desire and necessity to pursue creativity and share it with the world through emotions that resonate with anyone willing to experience them.  |

lawrencedreams è Lorenzo Zampini, classe 1998, Roma. La sua attrazione per la creatività si manifesta molto presto; fin dall'infanzia sperimenta con strumenti, videocamere, software e ogni mezzo audiovisivo digitale o analogico. Inizia in quel periodo la sua educazione musicale studiando pianoforte, affacciandosi a jazz e classica e alternando vari maestri. Durante l'adolescenza capisce però che la sua strada non è quella tradizionale, privilegiando la formazione da autodidatta tra influenze rock, prog, elettroniche, pop, cinematografiche, sinfoniche, da Chopin, Hans Zimmer, Michael Andrews a Beatles e Bring me The Horizon. Sviluppa competenze di editing e mixing affinando sound e tecnica. Nel frattempo approfondisce anche l'interesse per il cinema, l'arte, la psicologia, la fotografia e la filosofia. Si laurea in Video Design & Film-Making allo IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) nel 2020 con una tesi sulla Filosofia della Musica nel Cinema tradotta poi nella pratica in un minidoc sulla Forum Studios fondata da Ennio Morricone e suoi celebri colleghi compositori, dove entra in contatto con la storia della musica per cinema e i professionisti che la compongono. Dopo l'università prosegue come freelance l'attività legata alla produzione musicale e video, continuando ad affinare le skills di composizione, sound design, storytelling, produzione, VFX, grafica. Registrato ufficialmente come autore SIAE e FIMI. Collabora con l'Orchestra Italiana del Cinema e con altre realtà indipendenti e artistiche come filmmaker, musicista, montatore, VFX artist e sound designer, in short films, adv, sync libraries, real estate e social media. Nel 2023 frequenta il master CSC (Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia) Lab in "Musica per Film". Porta inoltre avanti alcuni progetti personali su musica e psicologia sul web e lavora ad un primo concept album personale basato sulla psicologia analitica jungiana. Il primo singolo di tale progetto debutta su Spotify e altre piattaforme di streaming musicale il 6 Maggio 2023 col titolo “Introverted Feeling”, raggiungendo i 10mila ascolti in circa una settimana. L'unico punto fermo nel suo percorso resta il desiderio e il bisogno di perseguire la creatività e riversarla nel mondo attraverso emozioni, che possano risuonare in chiunque ne voglia condividere l'esperienza. |
